- NEOMIN Web Help Desk is a web-based automated ticket management software that NEOMIN uses to manage help requests from end-users.
- You must create a new account and validate your account via email.

Patron Charge History - An Overview (October Meeting Topic)
- Patron charge history (viewing what a patron previously checked out) is a feature that can be "turned on" in Workflows.
- Providers can run a script separately for each instance that wants to turn on patron loan tracking. The script will change various system settings to track patron charge history, and several wizard property file settings that will make the loan history visible to staff in WorkFlows.
- When charge history tracking is turned on, it will track loans made through any of the staff interfaces. However, staff can only see patron/item charge history in limited Workflows wizards.
- If charge history is activated, the only way patrons can view their own charge history will be through ISearch. Cat and Cat JR do NOT support this feature.
Note: There is a handout, linked above, that summarizes the opinion of legal counsel as it relates to school districts enabling Patron Loan HIstory in SirsiDynix system.
