SirsiDynix Symphony - Integrated Library System

SirsiDynix MobileStaff (formerly MobileCirc)

  • MobileStaff is designed for mobility both inside and outside of the library because it can be used on handheld devices running the MobileStaff app, but also works on laptops and workstations via a web browser. 
  • There is a special login for each district to use MobileStaff to run in a "Kiosk" mode, where you can use MobileStaff as a self checkin/out system with students.
  • Before configuring MobileStaff to fit your library's needs, you must activate MobileStaff in a browser, or download the app and activate your instance of MobileStaff.
    • When using from a PC, open a web browser and go to:
      https://mobilestaff.infohio.org
    • Copy/Paste Activation Key: 547f54c3-115c-417a-9bcc-fe09a05a5bb5
    • When using the App on an iPad or other device, open the app and enter the same activation key as above (you can also make the code into a QR Code where you can scan the key instead of having to type it in each time)
