Overview:
Today's meeting will begin with Andria and Billie, from Lakeview Local Schools, presenting on Google forms for libraries. There will be a brief discussion on ISearch Local setup, District/Building ICoach applications, IWonder, and MobileCirc. We are also continuing our Annual Library Report discussion. The remainder of this meeting will focus on reviewing the infographic template and SirsiDynix statistics reports specific to annual reporting.

Statistics Reports for Annual Reporting:
There are many reports in SirsiDynix that will provide you with statistics pertinent to end-of-year reporting. To help guide you, the following documents were created that lists the name of the report, the location, and any specific notes about running the report.
NEOMIN's Infographic Template for Annual Reporting:
The goal of this template is to provide an editable infographic, that NEOMIN library staff can use, to report library statistics and information that summarizes a year in their library.

INFOhio Updates:
- District/Building ICoach applications - Open until April 15th
- IWonder (iwonder.infohio.org), a collection of safe, reliable websites handpicked by Ohio school librarians to support student exploration and Ohio’s Learning Standards in grades 3-9, went live January 19, 2016.
- MobileCirc - (replaces StaffWeb) NEW app for web, Android, and iOS, helps you check out items, register users, process holds, and perform inventory without being tethered to your desk. Help documents are now available in the Workflows Handbook under BlueCloud, MobileCirc. MORE INFO TO COME AT APRIL 2016 MEETING!
- ISearch Local Integration for NEOMIN Users:
NEOMIN began implementing their first pilot ISearch schools in December (Lakeview, Hubbard, Howland, Warren, TCTC, Maplewood, Niles, Mathews, Newton Falls, and LaBrae). In February 2016, these schools received their test URL's to their local ISearch.
